Systems Biotechnology
Measure, model, master – driving microbial metabolism through deep understanding and the power of electrodes
Who are we?
Our research group is embedded into the department Solar Materials, part of the Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology Research Unit, at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research in Leipzig, Germany. Find out more on our institutional website!
What we do?
We focus on the application of systems biology tools and microbial electrochemical technologies to understand, optimize and steer microbial metabolism. The ultimate goal is the development of Hydrogen production, based on Cyanobacteria.
Please RT: We are looking for a highly motivated national or international Ph.D. student. The Ph.D. is in protein engineering and part of the highly international graduate school @Grk2670 https://t.co/1pxbRLqmg5) with extra career and scientific education!
2🚨Presidental announcement: Dear members of @ISMETsociety please take the privilege to vote 👇for helping us to make our society truely global and more #inclusive (FH) https://t.co/96m6MCZCXU
Dear @ISMETsociety members,
